It is easily forgotten that a glass of warm water in the morning does absolute wonders to one’s health. Warm water is good for the stomach, kidneys, bowel movements, skin, and everything else. Please bear this in mind forever and act accordingly.

It’s really good but somebody told me it’s even better to add fresh ginger root. Apparently the stomach loves that even more.
I like plain water and per Albert, do the ginger when it’s handy. Right now I’m having coffee with fried bananas and will follow up with water later.
I tried it this morning and I feel like a fantastic man already. Thanks for the great tip!
Noted. I’ve also been told that warm water and lemon juice is de rigueur for any self-respecting fantastically healthy man. You’ll learn to love the sour burn.
I tried this for a week and had a headache each day. Stopped drinking the hot water and no more headaches. I will try it again, the benefits seem to outweigh the cost
