    It’s really good but somebody told me it’s even better to add fresh ginger root. Apparently the stomach loves that even more.

    I like plain water and per Albert, do the ginger when it’s handy. Right now I’m having coffee with fried bananas and will follow up with water later.

    Noted. I’ve also been told that warm water and lemon juice is de rigueur for any self-respecting fantastically healthy man. You’ll learn to love the sour burn.

    I tried this for a week and had a headache each day. Stopped drinking the hot water and no more headaches. I will try it again, the benefits seem to outweigh the cost

    It’s probably wise to mention that it’s best to boil the kettle and allow the water to cool down, to a warm temperature. As in some households the warm water from the tap is not advised as drinkable.
