A dedicated traveler from New York who likes to remain anonymous recommends us to always travel with a good supply of TYLENOL PM. A popular drug in the USA which can be purchased without any subscription whatsoever at every drugstore, TYLENOL PM gives one a fair chance for a good night of sleep both on the plane and then also during the nights that follow without the boring symptoms of jet lag. As with every drug, it is also recommended to not get addicted and thus be careful and correct with doses.

Oh my God you are soo right, I always stock up on Tylenol Pm when Im in New York, you can not get themover here, they are perfect for knocking you out on that flight, and for getting you back into the normal sleeping pattern, but remember kids not to be used on a daily basis, just as an aid to help with jet lag…periodically!!!!
Dan Egerter:
My secret weapon is SUNSHINE. I try to arrive when it is daylight. In the summer, when I arrive I try to find a pool or beach. In the winter it’s harder, but usually I can take a walk or find a cafe where I can sit outside. I’ve tried T-PM, melatonin, etc. and none works as well as sunshine.

Niquil is better – the ‘low’ (as opposed to ‘high’) is much calmer and you are lulled to sleep in the cosiest way. For special occasions such as jet-lag only!
