TWO FANTASTIC MEN COLLABORATING

SEVEN APRIL, TWO THOUSAND AND TEN

The result of a fabulous collaboration between two FANTASTIC MAN subjects – one already features, one upcoming – can be heard via music website PITCHFORK, where BONNIE “PRINCE” BILLY’s remix of HOT CHIP’s new single “I Feel Better” is available via digital streaming right now. Mr. BILLY, who is actually called WILL OLDHAM, was interviewed in FANTASTIC MAN No. 8, while HOT CHIP singer Mr. ALEXIS TAYLOR is lavishly featured in the brand-new eleventh issue of FANTASTIC MAN, which is expected to hit the newsstands next week.

What excitement! Out now is Buttoned-Up, a pocket book edited by Fantastic Man for the venerable house of Penguin. The paperback’s 112 pages explore the curious fashion phenomenon of young men in east London buttoning up their shirts all the way to the top. Is it a secret code? Or, perhaps, a rite of passage?
