So, yes, judging from the hail storms that float by the FANTASTIC MAN office in Amsterdam, the summer of 2012 is officially over. Which means spring is starting in the southern hemisphere, where we were enjoying some fresh coconut water on the wonderfully quiet Palm Beach, just north of Sydney, last week. Incredible – and very healthy too, especially when enjoyed from the nut itself.
