While summer is the most fabulous of all seasons, there’s a time when one starts to long for more varied wardrobe, which, luckily, coincides with the autumn/winter collection arriving in the stores. Especially warmer jumpers are something to look out to, and this time FANTASTIC MAN is mostly interested in the crewneck variety of jumpers, one of which is shown here today. It is a navy-and-white honeycomb cotton jumper from COS that is particularly nice with a white crewneck T-shirt worn under it – indeed the season of layering is dawning.

No need to rush things! Still need more time to enjoy summer . . .

Love it! Have been championing the crewneck jumper in a fine knit all summer-cannot wait for autumn/winter to kick in-the most sartorial time of year for men!
Try Marks and Spencer for their Lambswool crew’s. Got a bottle green colourway for £9 in the sale, but they are only £29 full price. Steal of the season.

I bought this jumper three weeks ago, after stalking it for about a month. The pattern is bold without being in your face and it showcases an athletic build very nicely – ie, I don’t look like I’m wearing a knitted bag. I love that you champion high street labels as well as designer ones. Holding out for the next edition of the magazine!

I much prefer the real deal: LL Bean’s Norwegian Sweater
