A perfect plant for long-term summer pleasure is FELICIA, this delightful member of the daisy family which grows with a winning combination of speed and abundance. The small blue flowers will keep growing for months, particularly if the plant is dead-headed, but the stems on which the flowers grow are long and spindly, meaning it will remain light and bouncy and will never become a heavy clump. FELICIA is also dirt cheap, with this pot being bought for £1 at the COLUMBIA ROAD FLOWER MARKET this past Sunday. It should be grown in full sun if possible, and tender handling will allow it to survive winters, too.
