It’s menswear’s Spring & Summer 2013 show time in Milan, Italy, and among all the happiness and jolliness shown is this fun collaboration between MARNI and ROP VAN MIERLO. The Amsterdam-based graphic artist, who recently won a Best Dutch Design Award for his book ‘Wild Animals’, granted MARNI the right to print four of his mesmerising aquarelle animal portraits on shirts and T-shirts. The photo above shows a young model wearing the donkey shirt. (It also shows MARNI’s signature short trousers, a pair of fabulous sandals, and a Japanese colleague interrupting the little photo shoot.)
