It is worth noting that VIKTOR & ROLF hail from Holland, just like film directors LERNERT & SANDER, and that both duos are adored worldwide. What excitement! Out now is Buttoned-Up, a pocket book edited by Fantastic Man for the venerable house of Penguin. The paperback’s 112 pages explore the curious fashion phenomenon of young men in east London buttoning up their shirts all the way to the top. Is it a secret code? Or, perhaps, a rite of passage? The book contains essays, reportages, photographs and an entertaining interview with the notoriously buttoned-up NEIL TENNANT of the PET SHOP BOYS.
