Now, the clothes brush is a useful tool to remove dust from garments. The best are made with natural bristles such as the ABBEYHORN model seen above – it’s made from horn, wood and wild boar hair. Optimum dust removal is achieved using strong, sweeping movements with a conclusive flick. Alas, there is not a single brush for all fabrics. Use finer brushes on finely woven or soft materials, and coarser brushes for cottons and twills.
