Mr. ADAM SALETTI, a dedicated member of the FANTASTIC MAN team, recently explored the world of shoe design when he went to NIKE TOWN on Oxford Street in London. There, ADAM created his own trainers within the parameters of the NIKEiD programme. His first thought was to go for all grey, but he ultimately decided on a contrasting red trim above the sole. All other elements of his NIKE AIR ZOOM MOIRE + shoes are more or less grey. The shoes took about three weeks to manufacture and they have turned out to be “super comfortable”. For custom-made shoes, they are surprisingly cheap. ADAM paid £85 and even has his own name written on them. It should be made clear that all of this was done off ADAM’s own back and has had no involvement from the publicity department of NIKE.

Nike iD is incredible. Why no iD in Canada? Come on Nike we wear sneakers here when we don’t have on mukluks and snow shoes.
fernando diaz:
adidas has the same thing for their running and football shoes and it costs less and is better than the media fueled nike, so what’s the big deal?
Dan Egerter:
I made several pairs of similar shoes at Customatix.com, a Santa Cruz, California firm, about 8 years ago until they went under. It was great fun.
