This appetising STICHELTON is an unpasturised version of STILTON cheese that’s produced in small batches at a farm on the border of Sherwood Forest in Nottinghamshire, England. It’s smooth and creamy and very delicious, though it’s not too strong so it’s also great for those who aren’t typically the biggest fans of blue cheeses.
