This “pocket” ashtray, which we first encountered in the city of Copenhagen where they were freely handed out, allows one to extinguish and store a completed cigarette until it can be disposed of properly. A brilliant design in our opinion, as the sight of cigarette butts strewn across the pavement is a disgusting one. It is produced by British-based BUTTIN, who makes the ashtrays for many other cities besides Copenhagen.
