Mr. TRAVIS BLUE from Portland, Oregon, recently travelled to South Africa and picked up this intriguing product: rooibos tea to be made in an espresso machine and to be enjoyed like coffee. Hilarious! The resulting brew is indeed foamy like a good espresso, and as red as the name implies. Adding honey or sugar is recommended, as it’s otherwise quite a bitter affair, albeit 100 per cent caffeine free.
