Υou can clean the inside in a dry cleaning specialist in leather parts.

One can mix a mild detergent and water in a spray bottle, spray the sheep skin and gently pat it dry.
If you have grease stains. Dust with corn starch, no water! The starch will absorb the grease. Voila!
