Live from the CHIVAS HOUSE at the CANNES FILM FESTIVAL, currently in the South of France, comes this lovely light afternoon cocktail that goes by the name of ‘Cannes Special No. 1’. The mixologist Mr. GIOVANNI MARTINEZ made it. It’s a mix of CHIVAS 12-year-old Scotch whiskey, COCCHI AMERICANO (an aromatised white wine), a touch of APEROL and some sugar – stirred, so there’s a bit of dilution from the ice. The taste has hints of both a rosé and a dessert wine, with a slight scent of Scotch. Indeed, nice!
